Steelers OC Arthur Smith, [and] 49ers DC Robert Saleh.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Smith was the Titans\u2019 OC under Mike Vrabel from 2019-20 and was on the staff from 2011-20 before taking the Atlanta Falcons head coaching job.
