Authorities were looking for a 30-year-old Allentown man on a warrant charging him with felony rape and numerous other crimes in an alleged sexual assault of an unconscious teenager.<\/p>\n

Pocono Township police obtained the warrant Thursday for Stephon Fabion Jones<\/a>, according to court records.<\/p>\n

Township police say a Northampton County traffic stop sparked the investigation into the sexual assault alleged to have occurred on Feb. 14, 2025, at a Poconos resort.<\/p>\n

Bushkill Township police about 12 a.m. on April 26 stopped a vehicle driven by Jones with a 16-year-old female passenger, according to a Crimewatch post from Pocono Township police<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Bushkill Township police determined Jones and the juvenile girl \u201cwere involved in a relationship\u201d and \u201cthe two had possibly spent time together\u201d at the resort on Valentine\u2019s Day 2025.<\/p>\n

Pocono Township police say investigators learned Jones and the girl had been seeing each other since she was 15 in the summer of 2024 and that on Feb. 14, 2025, he bought her clothes and rented a room at the resort. <\/p>\n

There, Jones allegedly provided the girl with alcoholic beverages and she passed out, according to the Crimewatch post. <\/p>\n

\u201cAt this time, the defendant began sexually assaulting the victim until she was (awoken) by the assault and advised the defendant to stop, which he did,\u201d police wrote in the post. \u201cThe defendant then left the resort and left the victim alone in the room until the next day, when he returned, picked the victim up and drove her home.\u201d<\/p>\n
