{"id":84793,"date":"2026-01-12T18:16:17","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T18:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/84793\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T18:16:17","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T18:16:17","slug":"koppers-cfo-retires-as-pittsburgh-manufacturer-searches-for-permanent-replacement-wpxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/84793\/","title":{"rendered":"Koppers CFO retires as Pittsburgh manufacturer searches for permanent replacement \u2013 WPXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">PITTSBURGH \u2014 Koppers Holdings Inc. said Friday that Jimmi Sue Smith has retired from her role as CFO of the Pittsburgh-based manufacturing company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Smith, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/pittsburgh\/news\/2021\/08\/06\/koppers-cfo-to-retire.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">who had been CFO since January 2022<\/a>, departed from the role as of Jan. 5. She will remain treasurer and an adviser to the company through a transition that will end Feb. 28. The interim CFO is Bradley Pearce, who has been Koppers\u2019 chief accounting officer since 2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Koppers (NYSE: KOP) said it would be searching externally for a permanent CFO.
