Phil Murphy will deliver his final State of the State Address Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Murphy&#8217;s address marks the end of his eight years in office.<\/p>\n<p>His successor, Mikie Sherrill, will take office on Jan. 20.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of Tuesday&#8217;s speech, Murphy released a statement on his time served as governor, saying it was the highest honor of his life.<\/p>\n<p>The state of the state is scheduled for 3 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"TRENTON, N.J. &#8211; New Jersey Gov.
