A Philadelphia man is accused of shooting a man at a Bucks County trailer park.<\/p>\n
Travis Fleck, 21, of Philadelphia, is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, firearms not to be carried without a license and other related offenses.<\/p>\n
On Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, around 12:45 a.m., police responded to a reported shooting at the Top of the Ridge Trailer Park on Gibson Road in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. When they arrived, they found a man who was bleeding heavily from a gunshot wound to his left arm.<\/p>\n
Officers applied a tourniquet to the man\u2019s arm and then took him to the hospital where he was treated and then later released.<\/p>\n
Detectives determined the victim was walking in the trailer park earlier that morning when he began arguing with the driver of a red car. The man and the driver then got into a physical altercation, police said. A passenger inside the car then pulled out a gun and fired twice, shooting the victim once and striking a nearby mobile home, according to investigators. The driver and his two passengers then fled the scene in the vehicle, police said.<\/p>\n
After obtaining surveillance video, capturing the vehicle\u2019s license plate and interviewing witnesses, police identified Fleck as a person of interest in the shooting. <\/p>\n
Detectives located and interviewed Fleck who admitted to shooting at the victim, according to investigators. Fleck also allegedly admitted to not having a valid permit to carry a concealed firearm.<\/p>\n
Detectives searched through Fleck\u2019s home and recovered four weapons, including a 9mm \u201cghost gun\u201d that he used to shoot the victim, investigators said.<\/p>\n
Fleck was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after bail was set at 10% of $1 million.<\/p>\n
Fleck\u2019s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 27, 2026.
