Three adults are facing charges Thursday night, almost two years after an eight-year-old boy died in Erie.<\/p>\n
In January 2024, erie police responded to an apartment on West 16th Street, where they found the boy.<\/p>\n
Court documents said that the boy\u2019s cause of death was pneumonia of both lungs, and a forensic pathologist determined that the boy\u2019s death could have been prevented if he had received medical treatment.<\/p>\n
The boy\u2019s mother, Teana Fuller, his father, Patrick Hayes and his mother\u2019s boyfriend, Joseph Ambrose, were charged on Thursday with involuntary manslaughter among other offenses.<\/p>\n
