SAUCON TWP., Pa. \u2013 Following a successful year and holiday season, a creative hub is expanding operations at Promenade Saucon Valley.<\/p>\n<p>Smartivities Showcase, a woman-owned and family-operated artist market and creative space offering handmade gifts, art supplies, pottery classes and more, later this winter will move from its current Promenade location \u2013 totaling around 3,000 square feet \u2013 to a larger location that spans more than 4,000 square feet, owner April Tennille Khalil told 69 News.<\/p>\n<p>Smartivities will continue operating in its current Suite 803 space until late January, and Khalil anticipates the business reopening at its new Suite 103 spot, next to L.L.Bean, in mid-February.<\/p>\n<p>                        <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAQAAAADCAQAAAAe\/WZNAAAAEElEQVR42mM8U88ABowYDABAxQPltt5zqAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==\" alt=\"SmARTivities Showcase\" class=\"img-responsive lazyload full blur\" width=\"1662\" height=\"1247\" data- data-\/><\/p>\n<p>             <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/6772bcaced4b8.image.jpg\" alt=\"\" aria-hidden=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"150\" width=\"200\"\/><\/p>\n<p>SmARTivities Showcase operates at Promenade Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>                                    SmARTivities Showcase<\/p>\n<p>Suite 103 was previously occupied by Dolly\u2019s Dressing Room, a business offering a stylish, trend-driven selection of prom dresses, wedding apparel and more, which is also making moves at Promenade Saucon Valley.<\/p>\n<p>Dolly\u2019s Dressing Room is expected to reopen within a few weeks in its new Suite 703 space, which previously housed tenants such as Handmade Mystic and T&amp;T Boutique, according to Madeleine Convery, Promenade Saucon Valley Valley&#8217;s marketing manager.<\/p>\n<p>A new tenant has signed a lease for the space that Smartivities is vacating, and that will be announced in the coming weeks, Convery said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To ensure a smooth move for Smartivities, the following deadlines have been established for the current location:<\/p>\n<p>Jan. 20: Final day to shop the Artist Market.Jan. 25: Final day for pottery painting, DIY projects and pre-booked classes.Jan. 26: Temporarily closed to move to new location.Jan. 29: Final order pick-up deadline. Customers are notified when their pieces are ready. All orders, pottery made in classes, and painted ceramics must be picked up prior to move.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to be moving to a new, larger space at the Promenade,\u201d Khalil said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s larger, and we\u2019ll have more room for our activities, parties and artist market. We\u2019ve done a lot of parties and welcomed a lot of people to our studio. So, I feel like we\u2019ve just outgrown the space.
