ROBESONIA BOROUGH, Pa. \u2014 Authorities are investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that happened Wednesday night in Berks County.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The South Heidelberg Police Department responded to the scene on West Penn Avenue between Brooke and Church streets at approximately 6:20 p.m.<\/p>\n
Police and EMS units responded to the scene and located a seriously injured female pedestrian, according to police. The female was pronounced dead on the scene.<\/p>\n
The driver of the striking vehicle immediately stopped and is cooperating with the police investigation, South Heidelberg police said.<\/p>\n
