ALLENTOWN, Pa. – There were more delays Friday as the preliminary hearing for a Lehigh County Commissioner arrested in a huge drug sting last August was due to take place.<\/p>\n
Zach Cole-Borghi is charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver.<\/p>\n
He’s denied the charges, saying they are discriminatory and politically motivated.<\/p>\n
The multi-state sting was carried out in August, resulting in dozens of arrests and seizures of $100,000 in cash, a variety of drugs, and guns.<\/p>\n
