ALLENTOWN, Pa. \u2014 The shovels and salt spreaders came out following the snowfall in Allentown on Saturday.<\/p>\n

“You got to bundle up out here man. I’m telling you it’s cold,” said Gooey Naheem.<\/p>\n

Naheem cleared off his car.<\/p>\n

“Make sure you get out here, get snow off your car so you can get on and move,” said Naheem.<\/p>\n

Naheem said it does not take much to remove this snow.<\/p>\n

“You can remove it with a broom, paper plate, whatever you have in your house,” said Naheem.<\/p>\n

“We’ve been out here for about three hours,” said Dylan Zandarski, a Lehigh County government worker.<\/p>\n

Zandarksi was among the workers shoveling around the Lehigh County Government Center.<\/p>\n

“It’s just slushy snow. No ice or nothing, so it’s not as bad as I was thinking,” said Zandarski.<\/p>\n

Franis Jimenez said it took awhile to dig out first.<\/p>\n

“I shoveled and then I shoveled again and then I shoveled for a third time and then it stopped,” said Jimenez.<\/p>\n

But shoveling aside, he said it was the perfect day to get out the snow tubes and sleds.<\/p>\n

“I’m very much a snow fan. We have two tubes in the back of our car now because I like the snow. It was really fun,” said Jimenez.<\/p>\n

As for Naheem, he said he is not as much of a snow fan.<\/p>\n

“Don’t you wish you were in Miami right now,” said Naheem.<\/p>\n

PennDOT said it still has crews out treating the roads and that speed restrictions that were in place have been lifted.<\/p>\n
