The Philadelphia Eagles have built their offense around star power for several seasons now, but as the roster continues to age and not play as well as we\u2019ve all hoped for, tough decisions will have to be made.<\/p>\n
A.J. Brown has been a big piece of the Eagles\u2019 passing attack since the day he arrived from the Tennessee Titans.<\/p>\n

His production, outside of this past year, has been just as good as any player in the NFL. However, he\u2019s been a headache in the locker room, and many are starting to get frustrated with his antics.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s exactly why FanSided\u2019s Wynston Wilcox proposed a trade to ship him away.<\/p>\n
Wilcox pitched a trade scenario that would send Brown to the Buffalo Bills in exchange for wide receiver Khalil Shakir and a third-round pick, a move that wouldn\u2019t be great, but might get the Eagles more than they will due to Brown\u2019s attitude.<\/p>\n

This feels like the best move as the Bills could justify Shakir\u2019s moments throughout his career as high enough to not warrant a first-round pick. I think the third-round pick is just icing on the cake and enough to make Philadelphia happy to be parting ways with the embattled receiver,\u201d he wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n The Bills are firmly in a win-now window with Josh Allen in his prime, and their offense has lacked a true No. 1 receiver capable of making big plays. Brown would immediately become that player, giving Allen the type of target the offense has missed for a long time now.<\/p>\n For Philadelphia, though, the idea of trading Brown isn\u2019t as easy as it sounds.<\/p>\n Trading Brown would signal a change, one that might help or be as bad as anyone could imagine, given how bad the offense was this past year.<\/p>\n Shakir is a solid player, but he\u2019s not someone who replaces Brown\u2019s impact or production. Brown opens the run game and has made a lot of big plays for the Eagles.
