(WHP) \u2014 Pennsylvania State Police has issued an arrest warrant for a Newport man facing strangulation charges after a reported domestic incident in January involving a minor.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened around 9:45 p.m. Jan. 15 on Shermans Valley Road in Tyrone Township, where PSP said William DePetris, 38, reportedly strangled a 5-year-old.<\/p>\n<p>DePetris is facing charges of strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child, according to a state police report.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who might know of DePetris&#8217; whereabouts is encouraged to contact PSP Newport at 171-567-3110.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"PERRY COUNTY, Pa.
