(WSIL) \u2014 The City of Carterville alerted residents on Monday to a temporary road closure affecting Pennsylvania Street.<\/p>\n<p>According to city officials, Pennsylvania Street will be closed at East Grand on Monday, January 19, to allow crews to complete a water main installation.
