(Photo by Robert Nickelsberg\/Getty Images) <\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">PENNSYLVANIA &#8211; Rush-hour traffic, fluctuating fuel costs and poor road conditions can all make for a pretty miserable driving experience, which is apparently even worse in Pennsylvania!<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"WTXF\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">What we know:<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">Pennsylvania was ranked the 10th worst state to drive in this year, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/wallethub.com\/edu\/best-worst-states-to-drive-in\/43012\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">new study.<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">Anyone who&#8217;s driven on Philadelphia&#8217;s infamous Schuylkill Expressway or construction-ridden Interstate 95 is bound to agree!<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">Despite its driving woes, Pennsylvania didn&#8217;t end up in last place \u2014 Hawaii did.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">The title for &#8220;Best State to Drive In&#8221; went to Vermont.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"WTXF\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">By the numbers:<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">To determine the most driver-friendly states in the U.S., 50 states were compared across 31 key metrics, including average gas prices, rush-hour traffic congestion and road quality.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">Pennsylvania ranked 41st overall.
