Reading FC have confirmed the signing of Bristol City defender Haydon Roberts, for an undisclosed fee.<\/p>\n
Arriving from Bristol City on a two-and-a-half-year deal, the 23-year-old is capable of playing anywhere across the back while predominantly featuring on the left-hand side.<\/p>\n

Roberts agreed a three-year contract with Bristol City in 2023 after officially being released by Brighton & Hove Albion.<\/p>\n

He came through the Seagulls\u2019 Academy system from Under-13 and has had loan spells in League One with Rochdale (2020\/21) and for Derby County (22\/23), for whom he made 44 appearances in all competitions.<\/p>\n
