body-paragraph\">ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. \u2014 A local school district is taking action after a weapons-related incident at an elementary school. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">In a letter to parents and guardians, Montour School District Superintendent Christopher Stone said a student was found with a knife on Wednesday at Montour Elementary School.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">School administration immediately investigated, secured the knife and followed response protocol, Stone said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cAppropriate disciplinary action is being taken in accordance with District Policy and state law,\u201d Stone said in the letter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">There is currently no threat to the school community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh
