From Berks to “Beauty and the Beast,” a Reading Native is taking the spotlight for a Broadway production.<\/p>\n
Reading native Danny Gardner stars as “Lumiere” in the Broadway national touring production of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast.”<\/p>\n
He has performed in several Broadway productions, but this one will take him close to home.<\/p>\n
Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” will play for two weeks at Philadelphia’s Academy of Music from February 11-22.<\/p>\n
One of those performances will be extra special, as over 100 Reading School District students will be in attendance for the February 12th matinee.<\/p>\n
After the show, Danny will host a post-show talkback with students.<\/p>\n
