But that was still the second-best passenger total at PIT since US Airways pulled its hub in the mid-2000s. There were 9.82 million passengers at PIT in 2007.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/pittsburgh\/news\/2026\/01\/02\/5-headlines-airport-2026.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Airlines continue to invest in this market<\/a>, and overall we were pretty much flat with last year,&#8221;
