(WJET\/WFXP<\/a>) \u2014 Two Pennsylvania cousins have been indicted by a Pennsylvania grand jury on felony drug charges for an alleged cocaine operation in Erie and Crawford County, the Pennsylvania Attorney General\u2019s Office announced.<\/p>\n

AG Dave Sunday said 50-year-old Corey Scott of Monroe County and 36-year-old Arden Scott of Bronx, New York, ran a cocaine operation that spanned across Pennsylvania, with Corey allegedly delivering bulk amounts of cocaine from Delaware County to northwestern PA.<\/p>\n

Corey Scott was arrested in Erie County along Interstate 86 in October 2024, with police allegedly finding 10 ounces of cocaine in the car.<\/p>\n

Corey Scott was taken into custody on January 9 for his Crawford County case for two counts of felony possession with intent to deliver, along with one count each of misdemeanor intention to possess a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia. That case is headed to the Court of Common Pleas after a preliminary hearing on Friday, where he posted $75,000 bond.<\/p>\n

For his Erie County case, Corey Scott was taken into custody again on January 22 for the same charges. He\u2019s since been released after posting a $25,000 bond.<\/p>\n

Arden Scott is still at large and is facing two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, one count of felony criminal use of a communication facility, along with misdemeanor intention to possess a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia in Erie County.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis case involved a large network of law enforcement partners employing numerous tactics to track and document the movement of cocaine across the Commonwealth, which the astute grand jurors heard testimony about and ultimately recommended charges,\u201d Attorney General Sunday said. \u201cThese are significant charges, and I commend our team and the many partners for their shared commitment to stopping drug traffickers.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Office of Attorney General was assisted by the Bradford City Police Department, Conneaut Lake Regional Police Department, Edinboro Borough Police Department, Erie City Bureau of Police, Meadville City Police Department, Millcreek Township Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police (Troop E, Erie), Titusville City Police Department, Warren City Police Department and Borough of Youngsville Police Department.<\/p>\n

The Office of Attorney General Drug Strike Force Section will prosecute the cases.<\/p>\n
