A Philadelphia man wanted for robbery is being held in the Warren County Jail after being captured in High Bridge on Thursday, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n
James Robinson-Burton, 25, was taken into custody after the U.S. Marshals Service raided a residence in High Bridge.<\/p>\n
With support from county and local police, federal agents recovered a semiautomatic handgun and a large capacity magazine, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renee M. Robeson said in a news release.<\/p>\n
The release did not provide details of the robbery charge. A prosecutor\u2019s office spokeswoman did not immediately respond to a request for more information on Saturday.<\/p>\n
Robinson-Burton was arrested as a fugitive from justice and charged with illegal possession of a firearm, a second-degree offense, and possession of a large capacity magazine, a fourth-degree crime, the prosecutor\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n
Second-degree crimes are punishable by five to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $150,000. Fourth-degree crimes are punishable by up to 18 months in prison and a fine up to $10,000, the prosecutor\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n
Robinson-Burton is scheduled to make his first appearance before Judge Christopher Garrenger on Jan. 28.<\/p>\n
