The company stated that this closure is to ensure the safety of its employees and all customers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Stores are set to reopen Monday, Jan. 26, at 8 a.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">In addition, Giant Eagle has announced their stores will be closing at 4 p.m. Sunday, and released the following statement:<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cWe at Giant Eagle are extremely appreciative of all our Team Members who helped ensure our communities received the grocery staples they needed to feed themselves and their families this past week.
