Taylor police are investigating after three to four individuals, dressed in all back, broke into two vehicles \u2014 one on West Taylor Street and one on South Main Street \u2014 between 4 and 5 a.m. Sunday, borough Police Chief Brian Holland said.<\/p>\n
The individuals, who were driving a 2013 Silver Honda Pilot that was reported stolen out of Old Forge, also attempted to break into several other vehicles in Taylor, Holland said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re asking anyone with camera footage \u2014 or anyone who may have had their vehicle broken into and hasn\u2019t already reported it \u2014 to alert police,\u201d Holland added.<\/p>\n
Additionally, Old Forge police are investigating a string of car break-ins and stolen vehicles, the department posted on its Facebook page.<\/p>\n
The department asks residents who had their car go missing or broken into to call borough police at 570-342-9111 or 570-457-7441.<\/p>\n
