NOW FOR FOLKS AT HOME, WE\u2019RE IN THE STRIP DISTRICT RIGHT OFF PENN AVENUE RIGHT BEFORE YOU GET TO 16TH STREET. I WANTED TO STEP BACK TO REALLY KIND OF SHOW YOU WE\u2019RE NOT THE ONLY ONES WAKING UP BRIGHT AND EARLY. WE ACTUALLY SEE A FEW PEOPLE SHOVELING SECTIONS OF THE SIDEWALKS. YOU CAN SEE THIS SIDEWALK IS BASICALLY KIND OF CLEARED OFF THERE, SALTED, DEFINITELY MAKING IT MUCH EASIER FOR FOLKS WHO ARE PLANNING ON WALKING. BUT IF YOU KIND OF MOVE OVER OUT TO THE ROADWAY, YOU CAN TAKE A LOOK EXACTLY HOW THAT ROADWAY LOOKS AS WELL. FOR PENN AVENUE, YOU CAN SEE IT\u2019S MUCH BETTER COMPARED TO YESTERDAY. DEFINITELY MUCH MORE CLEAR. OF COURSE, IT\u2019S ONLY A SINGLE LANE, SO YOU HAVE TO KEEP THAT IN MIND. IF YOU\u2019RE PLANNING ON COMING DOWN, DRIVE WITH CAUTION, BUT THAT\u2019S KIND OF BEEN THE NAME OF THE GAME FOR A LOT OF THE ROADS HERE IN THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH. IT IS DEFINITELY A LOT OF THOSE MAIN ARTERIES CLEAR. WHILE THOSE SECONDARY ROADWAYS ARE STILL VERY MUCH COVERED UP. SO PLEASE DRIVE WITH CAUTION. AND AS WELL. THE COLD AIR IS NO JOKE. GUYS, PLEASE BUNDLE UP. BUT I\u2019M GONNA SEND IT BACK TO THE STUDIO RIGHT NOW C\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Back then, the highest snow total for that day was 5.2 inches. Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 reporter Carlos Flores is in the city Monday morning as people and crews start the clean up. The weather continues into Tuesday. An extreme cold warning will go into effect for Pittsburgh at 7 p.m. and remain until Tuesday at 11 a.m. Dangerously cold wind chills could dip as low as 25 below zero. The temperatures can cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
