West wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.<\/p>\n<p>Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 7. Wind chill values as low as -5. West wind 10 to 15 mph.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 20. Wind chill values as low as -7. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 5.
