Below are three Philadelphia<\/a>-area attractions offering 250th-anniversary events in connection with Presidents Day weekend:<\/p>\n Museum of the American Revolution<\/p>\n The\u00a0Museum of the American Revolution<\/a>\u00a0will hold special programming on Feb. 14-16. Experiences will include a focus on the history and impact of the Declaration of Independence, civil rights, and the American Revolution; hands-on history discovery carts; and the\u00a0Washington’s\u00a0War Tent film.<\/p>\n Guests can also take a virtual tour of Gen. George\u00a0Washington’s\u00a0field headquarters. Admission: $25 for adults; $21 for those 65 and older<\/p>\n National Constitution Center<\/p>\n On Friday, Feb. 13, the National Constitution Center will debut its new interactive \u201cAmerica’s Founding\u201d<\/a> gallery, exploring the movement toward independence, the American Revolution, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.<\/p>\n The exhibit also features historic artifacts, such as a copy of Thomas Paine’s Common Sense, digital experiences about the debates during the nation’s founding, and an interactive Declaration of Independence.
