ALSACE TWP., Pa. – Officials in Berks County say at least one death can be linked to the snowstorm that blew through the region this weekend.<\/p>\n

The Berks County Coroner’s Office confirmed that a 78-year-old Alsace Township man suffered a cardiac event and died following shoveling.<\/p>\n

The man’s identity is not being released at this time.<\/p>\n

This comes on the heels of three snow-related deaths in neighboring Lehigh County<\/a>.<\/p>\n
