A new dining concept that lets customers order from more than 20 different restaurants in a single transaction is coming to Promenade Saucon Valley<\/a> in Lehigh County.<\/p>\n

Wonder<\/a> will open a 3,023-square-foot location next to Elite Salons & Suites by summer 2026, the shopping center in Upper Saucon Township announced Tuesday. The mealtime platform allows diners to select dishes from multiple chef-driven restaurant brands for dine-in, pickup or delivery.<\/p>\n

The restaurant chain partners with chefs including Bobby Flay, Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s and Marcus Samuelsson<\/a>, as well as restaurant brands such as Tejas Barbecue and Di Fara Pizza.<\/p>\n

Unlike food halls or traditional delivery services, Wonder operates all aspects of the process, from ingredient sourcing to meal preparation and delivery, according to the announcement. The format enables multiple restaurant menus to be prepared in one location and delivered as a single order.<\/p>\n

\u201cWonder will be an exciting and highly anticipated addition to our growing roster of restaurants and eateries,\u201d Patrick Turner, general manager of Promenade Saucon Valley, said in a statement. \u201cIt offers the convenience and variety our guests have been asking for, whether they\u2019re grabbing a quick lunch, enjoying dinner with family or ordering for the office.\u201d<\/p>\n

Founded by entrepreneur Marc Lore, Wonder calls its approach \u201cFast Fine\u201d dining.<\/p>\n

Wonder has nearly 125 locations<\/a>, including spots near the Lehigh Valley in Quakertown and Hackettstown.<\/p>\n

The addition comes as Promenade Saucon Valley has seen recent leasing activity. Sephora and Norman\u2019s Hallmark are expected to open in spring 2026, while Mental Strength Ritual is slated for early 2026.
