One person has died after a motorcycle crash in Westmoreland County on Saturday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n
According to information from Mutual Aid Ambulance Service, the victim, later identified as 43-year-old Brandon Shea, was transported to the hospital in critical condition after the crash that happened just after 6 p.m. on Route 30 near Wimmerton Boulevard in Unity Township.<\/p>\n
Investigators say Shea was traveling on Route 30 when he was hit by a Toyota Camry that was trying to turn left on to Route 30.<\/p>\n
Shea was later pronounced deceased at the hospital, according to a media release from the Westmoreland County Coroner’s Office.<\/p>\n
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the crash.\u00a0<\/p>\n
It’s the second crash that the area has seen in just the past couple of days.\u00a0<\/p>\n
On Friday, two people had to be taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle accident.\u00a0<\/p>\n
A SUV turning onto Route 30 at Wimmerton Boulevard crashed into another car just after 6 a.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n
