With more than two decades of experience in higher education leadership, Megan has built and expanded programs that strengthen student access to internships, career development, and professional skills \u2014 particularly for first-generation and underrepresented students. She works closely with employers to navigate complex workplace issues, develop practical solutions, and mitigate risk. She is committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen education and opportunity in the Greater Reading area. An advocate for science education, Megan is focused on strengthening the Reading Science Center\u2019s community relevance and visibility. A seasoned startup entrepreneur, Udi recently relocated to Berks County and is eager to contribute to his new community.
