Clarks Summit will be transformed into a winter wonderland for the 22nd annual Festival of Ice. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the three day festival there will be live music, food, games and of course live ice carvings, which start \u00a0Friday afternoon.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s theme is a patriotic one. \u00a0\u201cThe American Dream: Carved in Ice\u201d celebrates America\u2019s 250th birthday.
