(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Kimberlee Singler had her first advisement hearing on Wednesday, Dec. 24. Singler will remain in custody with no bond. Her next court hearing is on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported that Kimberlee Singler, the woman accused of killing two of her children in December of 2023, has been booked into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center after having been successfully extradited to Colorado Springs on Tuesday, Dec. 23.

According to CSPD, the extradition was made possible through the collaboration of several local, national, and international agencies, including the FBI, the 4th Judicial District Attorney, Interpol, and the London Metropolitan Police.

In a social media post, CSPD Chief Adrian Vasquez said the following about the arrest:
Today marks a significant milestone in the criminal investigation involving Kimberlee Singler. Bringing Ms. Singler back to Colorado Springs represents the best of cross-jurisdictional and international law enforcement collaboration. We remain committed to seeking justice for the victims and ensuring accountability for these horrific crimes.
