The Allen Eagle Band and Color Gaurd are traveling to Pasadena and will perform in the annual Rose Parade.
ALLEN, Texas — Texas Tech may be the lone representative for the state left in the College Football Playoffs, but Texas will be well represented at the annual Tournament of Roses Parade.
The Allen Eagle Escadrille will perform on Thursday, Jan. 1, at the 137th Rose Parade. The school is the only one in the state selected to participate in the Tournament of Roses Parade, according to the band’s booster club.Â
The students left North Texas for Pasadena on Dec. 28 and will spend this week in California ahead of the annual Rose Bowl and parade.Â
The parade will feature 18 bands from Mexico, Japan, and the U.S. Of course, there will be plenty of flower-adorned floats to see too. Magic Johnson will serve as the 2026 Grand Marshall of the parade.Â
The parade is scheduled to start around 10 a.m. To see the band in action, tune into WFAA or stream the entire parade on Pluto TV, Samsung TV Plus, or Fubo.
