The Junior League of Houston, a historic nonprofit committed to “Building A Better Community” by pairing trained, effective volunteers and financial support to community projects, is thrilled to announce its 78th Annual Charity Ball: A Saddle and Silver Soirée. The Charity Ball will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, and Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 1811 Briar Oaks Lane, Houston, Texas 77027.
Featuring delicious food, lively dancing and dazzling festivities, this year’s Charity Ball promises a celebration like no other, blending the elegance of the past with the bold spirit of the open range.
New this year, The Bridle & Bloom Luncheon marks the League’s first event of its kind. Guests will enjoy a light lunch with a coffee and pastry bar, explore the rich history of the League, and have the chance to bid on select auction items. Exclusive Junior League of Houston merchandise will also be available for purchase.
“Charity Ball is not only a celebration of our community’s generosity, it’s a tribute to the incredible dedication of our League members,” said Katie Doyle, President of the Junior League of Houston. “Their hard work throughout the year makes a lasting impact across Houston, and supporting this event helps the League continue our vital mission.”
The two-day affair will raise critical funds to support the nonprofit’s operations and charitable grants. The support from Charity Ball will enable the League to address the most significant issues impacting the city of Houston. By training and inspiring members to be effective volunteers and leaders, the nonprofit creates a community of trailblazers committed to mentorship, development and civic service that sparks monumental change.
