A Dallas-based coffee shop known for its matcha lattes and avocado toast is going into Dallas Fort Worth Airport.
Mega-chains like Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts and Pete’s Coffee already have a presence in the airport, along with local fort Worth shops like Ampersand. Now, Terminal B will have La La Land to offer to flyers.
La La Land is famous for its bright yellow aesthetic, baristas who say “I love you” when they serve your latte and its TikTok account featuring drive-by videos of employees riding around telling random strangers, “You’re beautiful.” They sell specialty espresso and matcha lattes as well as an assortment of avocado and fruit toasts.
There are 11 La La Land Cafes around Dallas-Fort Worth. The Fort Worth location at 5733 Camp Bowie Blvd. opened in February. The soft opening drew crowds of coffee lovers, forcing lines to wrap around the corner of Halloran Street.
DFW Airport has also had a swell of construction due to its $12 billion modernization project. This includes creation of the new Terminal F, renovation and expansion of Terminal C and the addition of new gates to Terminal A.
La La Land cafe in Fort Worth is bright white with yellow coffee cups to match their brand mission to make people happy.
La La Land in DFW Airport
This will be the first DFW Airport location for La La Land Cafe.
The new La La Land will be located near gate B-43, according to a news release,
Caribou Coffee, Dunkin’ and Starbucks are the other coffee options in the terminal.
When will La La Land open at DFW Airport?
According to a licensing document, construction for the new 566 square-foot La La Land will commence by March 2026.
An exact opening date is uncertain.
Brewed Coffee is opening their third location at Terminal E in the DFW Airport.
