The Multifamily Group (TMG), a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, has announced the sale of Bentwood and The Bend at Bentwood in Lubbock, Texas, totaling 280 units.
Bentwood consists of 216 units built in 1983, and The Bend at Bentwood consists of 64 units built in 2014. Both properties are located directly across from the new West End development and Lubbock’s only Costco.
The buyer, completing a 1031 exchange, assumed existing Fannie Mae financing and marked their first acquisition in the Lubbock market.
