In a separate case reported Tuesday morning, deputies are searching for 14-year-old Sofia Gabriela Peters-Cobos. The sheriff’s office said Sofia left her home near the intersection of Landon Ridge and Potranco Road around 7 p.m. Monday and has not returned.

Sofia is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 132 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black flannel shirt and black shorts, officials said.

Anyone with information about either teen’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at 210-335-6000 or email the BCSO Missing Persons Unit at missingpersons@bexar.org.

The disappearances of the two teens were reported in the days following Camila Mendoza Olmos’ case, which has drawn widespread attention. The sheriff’s office has urged the public to remain vigilant, review security camera footage, and report any information that could help locate any of the missing teens.

The cases involving Johnson and Peters-Cobos come as deputies continue searching for Olmos, 19, who was reported missing from her northwest Bexar County home on Christmas Eve.

Sheriff Javier Salazar said investigators recently obtained dashboard camera footage believed to show Olmos walking along Wildhorse Parkway just blocks from her home, where she was last seen early that morning.

Authorities believe Olmos may be in imminent danger, and the FBI is assisting in the investigation.
