FC Tulsa battled back for a dramatic 1–1 draw against El Paso Locomotive FC on Saturday night in the final road game of the regular season. The draw extended FC Tulsa’s record-breaking points tally to 54 points on the season
El Paso was able to break the scoreless tie in the 24th minute. On a corner kick, midfielder Gabriel Torres blistered a shot at the back post for the goal and the 1-0 lead for the Locomotive.
The score would hold until the 92nd minute, when Stefan Lukić would find the back of the net in the top-right corner on a free kick to knot the game up at 1-1. The Tulsa defense would hold on for the final four minutes of stoppage time to earn the hard-fought point in the final regular season road trip.
