A driver died after a fiery crash in the parking lot of a car dealership in Plano Saturday, officials said.
PLANO, Texas — A driver died after a fiery crash in a car dealership parking lot in Plano Saturday, police said.Â
The driver was heading southbound in the 1500 block of Dallas Parkway when he lost control of the vehicle, veered off the roadway into a Subaru dealership parking lot and crashed into a concrete pole and unoccupied vehicle, officials said.Â
The vehicle caught fire and the driver was taken out of the vehicle, according to a press release.Â
The driver taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said. The driver wasn’t identified, and no other injuries were reported.Â
The investigation into the crash remains active.Â
