Cadet Colonel Ahmad Farooq, a senior at O.D. Wyatt High School, is the Fort Worth ISD district commander in JROTC, which he has been a member of for four years. Alongside his outstanding JROTC service, he has maintained a perfect GPA and Rice University offered him a full-ride scholarship.
