Formula 1 returns to Texas for a huge race on Sunday afternoon, as the fight for the championship continues at the United States Grand Prix.
Everyone is staring at two drivers as the series comes back to Circuit of the Americas. McLaren Racing teammates Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris are 1-2 in points, having helped their team already clinch the constructors’ championship for the second year in a row.

It is going to be interesting to see how McLaren juggles the two, competing against one another. The battle certainly emulates what Lewis Hamilton went through a decade ago with then-Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg, which led to the eventual dissolution of that power trip.
Last time out, Norris managed to finish third, even though there seemed to be many chances for him to get around four-time defending world champion Max Verstappen for second. Piastri finished right behind Norris, not giving up many points in the process.
Heading into Sunday, Piastri leads Norris by 22 points with just six events remaining.
The kicker for the two drivers is that neither has won at COTA. Charles Leclerc won last year’s U.S. Grand Prix, with Verstappen having won the three previous races in Texas.
