A new water vending station is coming to South-Central El Paso.
Watermill Express offers 24-hour vending stations that provide filtered water and ice in a variety of sizes. The company estimates that a family of four using water vending stations would eliminate over 6,500 single-use water bottles and save over $600 annually.

A new Watermill Express machine will replace an old one in the parking lot of Fox Plaza Shopping Center in South-Central El Paso.

Where is it?
The new Watermill Express site will be located at 5597 Alameda Ave. in the Fox Plaza Shopping Center parking lot in South-Central El Paso, according to the city’s permit and licensing page.
There is a wide array of shopping options in the Fox Plaza Shopping Center, including shops selling jewelry, flowers, cellphones and clothing, as well as a variety of food trucks. Across the street is a Food King grocery store, and nearby there is a McDonald’s and a Peter Piper Pizza.
What was there before?
The new Watermill Express site will be a new construction on the site of an older Watermill Express location.
Plans call for the complete removal of the old vending machine and a new prefabricated, standalone site to be located on two rented parking spaces in the shopping center parking lot. Existing utilities will be disconnected and reconnected.
