EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An El Pasoan will participate in the second season of the popular “Beast Games,” a reality competition series on Amazon Prime Video.
El Paso’s Cindy Balandran was chosen to be a competitor in the second season of the series hosted by YouTuber Mr. Beast. The second season is set to premiere on Amazon Prime on Wednesday, Jan. 7.
Balandran made the announcement on her social media.
Two hundred contestants — divided into “Strong” and “Smart” teams — will compete in what is called a “mentally demanding, skill-based challenge” for a chance to win $5 million with a reported $10 million in additional prizes.

Balandran was one of 50 women chosen to be on the Strong team.
