LPD releases name of rider seriously injured in single-motorcycle crash in East Lubbock Monday night

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Police Department has released new details on a crash involving a motorcycle in East Lubbock on Monday night.

According to LPD, one person was seriously injured in the single-vehicle wreck around 7:15 p.m. on the 3400 block of Canyon Lake Dr. near the Dunbar Lake Dam.

LPD says 27-year-old Paul Lee was going east when he lost control of the motorcycle and left the roadway.

He was transported to UMC with serious injuries.

LPD says the investigation is ongoing.
