LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – H-E-B is bringing a second store to Lubbock.
H-E-B’s Managing Director of Public Affairs confirmed the news. She said the store will be built at 19th St. and W. Loop 289, which is specifically at the southwest corner of 19th St. and Frankford Ave.
She said no construction date has been finalized. The development will include a 130,000-square-foot main store, a car wash and gas station.
