Amy Spence appeared Tuesday in Judge Jack Pulcher’s courtroom for a pretrial hearing. According to court proceedings, Spence did not approach the bench after her attorney told the court she was experiencing knee issues.
Pulcher set Spence’s trial for Feb. 17.
Spence was arrested in May 2025 following allegations that she had an inappropriate relationship with a high school student. She remains in the Nueces County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
