El Paso police are searching for a man diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease who has been missing since leaving his home in the Segundo Barrio on Tuesday morning, Jan. 6, police said.
Guadalupe Perez Ramirez, 72, left his home in the 700 block of South Hills Street before his family members woke up. He was last seen by the owner of a nearby business at 6:48 a.m. Tuesday walking westbound on Sixth Street, stated a police media message issued late Tuesday night.

Guadalupe Perez Ramirez, 72, was reported missing after leaving his home in the 700 block of South Hills Street on the morning of Jan. 6, 2026, in the Segundo Barrio of El Paso, Texas.
Perez Ramirez is on medication, has no cell phone and had not returned home as of late Tuesday night, police reported.
