The Jonas Brothers Greetings from Your Hometown tour landed in San Antonio on Saturday, October 18 and an absolutely loaded show with the All-American Rejects and Franklin Jonas and The Byzantines. A star studded affair was nearly non-stop as the music kept up all night in their return to San Antonio since their last show in 2023.
Franklin Jonas and the Byzantines opened up the show with 15 minutes of originals and covers, including a moment where the youngest Jonas went into the San Antonio crowd while he sang a cover of Coldplay’s “Yellow.”

Following his performance, the All-American Rejects immediately hit the stage and jammed as only they could, while also getting distracted by The Lorax in the crowd. They played every hit imaginable, from “I Wanna,” to “Dirty Little Secret,” “Move Along,” and more. And before ending the set, front man Tyson Ritter was so distracted, he invited the Lorax on the stage to dance while they sang “Gives You Hell.”

After AAR tore the house down, the Jonas Brothers were on deck to blow the rest of the building away. From “Year 3000,” all the way to their latest viral hit “Backwards” (LOUDER, for those of you stuck on TikTok), the show was everything for fans both new and… fans of the JoBros when they were on Disney Channel. Yeah, let’s call it that.
The boys opened the show with the song “X” and then began rattling off hits from the last 20 years. After playing “Little Bird” Joe Jonas began taking fan requests by playing games with crowd signs in order to choose songs. One of the signs made him choose between foods: tamales, Texas sheet cake and tacos, when Joe admitted to the crowd, they actually eat tamales every Christmas which got the crowd roaring. His choice had S.A. hearing “Honey Blonde” while another choice turned into “Constellation.” A little girl visiting with her mother from Kingsville got to choose another song after Joe saw her sign about her father’s military deployment. That request became “Lucky.” Joe than did a gender reveal on stage before breaking into “Fly With Me.”

A running theme on the tour, the JoBros invited special guests to sing with them at every stop, and the night before, the Austin crowd was treated to Gavin DeGraw. In San Antonio, they brought out singer-songwriter Julia Michaels, who sang “Issues” and “Close” alongside the brothers.
The concert rolled on to the finish as the JoBros, Nick, Kevin and Joe, sang alongside Franklin to their hit “When You Look Me in the Eyes,” to close out another sold out show in the 210.
