CIUDAD JUAREZ, MEXICO (KFOX14/CBS4) — Mexican authorities formally indicted Andrés O. L. for his alleged involvement in an express kidnapping and robbery that occurred on June 17, 2025, in Ciudad Juárez.

The incident took place at a business in Plaza Comercial Crucero, where the suspect and an accomplice reportedly used a firearm to briefly hold three employees captive.

They allegedly stole 105,500 pesos in cash, cell phones, and other personal items before fleeing.

Authorities arrested Andrés O. L. on Dec. 30 at the intersection of Valentín Fuentes and Jesús M. Ríos streets in the Infonavit Casas Grandes neighborhood.

The arrest was executed by Investigative Police in collaboration with the Municipal Public Safety Secretariat.
