LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Inside Out Foundation will host its 14th annual Women’s Health Seminar this Saturday at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, featuring local experts sharing advice on weight loss through nutrition and bone protection.

The seminar targets women looking to improve their health, particularly those with New Year’s resolutions focused on weight loss or better overall health.
“Osteoporosis and osteopenia… these conditions disproportionately affect women. They are very impactful for women. Women’s joints, women’s muscles. So we really want to learn about that because it will impact you eventually,” said Alexis Arnold, co-founder and CEO of Inside Out Foundation.
The event will include vendors providing information about women’s health resources available locally. Market Street will provide food during the seminar.
The Women’s Health Seminar runs from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets cost $30 and can be purchased at the door or online here.
