ARLINGTON — Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott showed up to his postgame news conference with a bandaged left hand after Sunday’s victory over the Commanders.

It’s Prescott’s nonthrowing hand, so the sight of it caused a little stir.

“Yeah, it’s nothing. A little Britt special to take some swelling down,” Prescott said of the bandage wrapped by Britt Brown, the Cowboys’ head of rehabilitation. “I usually throw my left hand to like cover the ball when I get hit, and usually it takes a lot of helmets, so I’m sure it’s just a face mask. Nothing unusual, honestly.”

The Cowboys didn’t have many injuries in the game other than defensive tackle Kenny Clark leaving with an elbow injury. He did return. Also, safety Donovan Wilson got nicked up with an elbow issue, but like Clark he returned.
